Sol grew up in rural BC with the wilderness at his doorstep.  He was a Cub Scout, Scout, and Army Cadet.  He had the opportunity to attended wilderness instructor courses in Whitehorse, Banff, and Wales UK, and earned the Major General Howard Award, and the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.  Sol is passionate about the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and emergency preparedness.

Sol Lancashire has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, and is a professional engineer employed by BC Hydro. 

I am a clinical psychologist and I use this experience to help our diverse and unique youth succeed by incorporating intellectual and social development into our programming.
